First time filer instructions

If you file Quarterly Reports for multiple businesses, you are known as a Third Party Representative. This gives you the ability to create a list of clients in the Claim & Account Center. This will allow you to access all of your clients with a single logon ID and password.

To begin, please complete and submit the Confidential Tax Information Authorization form (PDF 300KB) with one of your clients account number and Participant Activation Code (PAC). Submitting the form is the first step to getting set up for the accountant role in Claim & Account Center . Fax this form to 360‑902‑4729 and include a cover page indicating you have not yet established a list. If you do not have access to a fax machine, the form may be scanned and emailed to ESTechSupport@Lni.wa.gov. You'll be contacted by a representative who'll help you sign in to My Secure L&I, the Claim & Account Center and explain how your list of clients works.
