What's an action plan?
The action plan is due from a COHE once during your contract period, no later than 90 days after the beginning of the contract period. For more on what an action plan should include, see our template and example:

What meetings do I have to attend?
There are two required meetings per year:
- One meeting per year to present to the Workers' Compensation Advisory Committee - Health Care Subcommittee (WCAC-HC) that will be scheduled by your L&I contract manager. Your latest Quarterly Report will be used as the presentation materials. No other materials are required.
- The COHE Directors' Meeting in June - to discuss your proposed Quality Improvement project, hear from other COHEs about their projects, and determine if you'd like to collaborate.
All other meetings are at your discretion.
