How to Order in Print

• To order 1 to 10 copies: Contact the L&I office closest to you. Please have the document number ready so we can process your request quickly. The title is also helpful.

• To order more than 10 copies: Fax your request to the L&I Warehouse at 360-902-4525 or send an email to them. Include the following in your request:
  • Your name
  • Mailing address
  • Telephone number
  • Title of the item you are requesting
  • Document number
  • Quantity Requested: Warehouse stock may be in single sheets or in pads. Please specify the exact quantity you are ordering.
    
    Note: Most L&I forms and publications have a document number that starts with an "F." Some forms and publications on the internet may have a later date than stock received from the L&I warehouse. Older editions that are still valid will be used up first.
