The Public Works Projects for Awarding Agencies (Awarding Agency Portal) is designed to help awarding agencies manage their legal requirements with L&I.

You can now view, save, and revise the form. The system pre-populates form fields with data from intents and affidavits. See L&I's...

  • Status of the Notice of Completion (NOC) form.
  • Status of releasing retainage, once the NOC is received and accepted.
  • Certificate to Release Retainage letter, once L&I has verified all taxes have been reported and paid appropriately for the project.
