L&I talks to injured workers about their customer experience

L&I is listening to injured workers who have current or recent workers compensation claims, with a goal of always improving our service.

Ipsos Reid, an independent research firm hired by L&I, is interviewing 800 injured workers from September 23 through early October. Ipsos Reid will randomly choose and interview workers based on a list of all who have had active claims in the past six months that included wage replacement benefits.

The survey typically takes about 10 minutes to complete. There is no obligation to take the survey but we would very much appreciate hearing your opinions!

L&I will not know the names of any worker who participates in the survey, although a worker can ask to be contacted to solve an immediate problem. All results will be anonymous and you wont be asked to reveal any information about your medical condition.

Were looking for your opinion about what we do. Thank you for your time!
