  • A worker was fatally injured after coming into contact with a 7200 volt line while jackhammering to remove excess concrete from a duct. (8/20/14)
  • A worker was fatally injured after falling 6 feet from a ladder onto concrete below. (8/11/14)
  • A worker was fatally injured after jumping down from a stepladder onto a covered floor that gave way causing the worker to fall 42 feet through the opening. (7/21/14)
  • A worker was fatally injured after being shot multiple times while at work. (7/8/14)
