DOSH is now offering two sample Respiratory Protection programs.

Both programs are downloadable Microsoft Word format. 

• Sample Respiratory Protection program for employees who are required to wear respirators during normal work operations and during certain non-routine or emergency operations.  (filesize: 749 KB)

• Sample Respiratory Protection program for employees who voluntarily choose to use a respirator (with the exception of voluntary use of filtering facepiece respirators) (filesize: 47 KB). This applies to both employer or employee supplied respirators.
