The Accident Prevention Plan is the foundation for all of the safety and health activities that keep a business safe and profitable.
The lack of an effective Accident Prevention Plan not only leads to costly accidents and injury claims, it's the violation most frequently cited by DOSH inspectors.

• Use our template as a guideline, and see an example of a completed program to help you complete the template.
