Governor suspends non-critical rule development activity

Governor Christine Gregoire suspended non-critical rule development activity in an executive order she signed Nov. 17, 2010. The executive order directs state agencies to suspend non-critical rule development until Jan. 1, 2012.  The full text of the order is available here (95KB PDF).
