All updates for this rule:

Right to Know (Chapter 296-63 WAC)

The purpose of this rulemaking is to amend the Right to Know Fee Assessment Rules under WAC 296-63-005 Selected Industries in order to comport with House Bill 2444 (Chapter 168, Laws of 2016). This amendment will remove the reference to the Standard Industrial Code (SIC) system that determines which industries are to be assessed a fee to support the Right-to-Know program. The system used by the Bureau of Labor Statistics will be used in its place. The changes were adopted 6/21/2016 and will be effective on 7/22/2016.761.
