Repetitive motion sprains and strains are among the most common workplace injuries. Solutions to preventing these injuries may be as simple as varying tasks to break up the routine of activities or using tools that eliminate some of the strain

When lifting boxes or crates, grip with the whole hand and wrist rather than pinching between the thumb and fingers.
