Office Ergonomics

Course description

Do you want to help your employees be more comfortable in their computer workstations? Who should attend: company owners, managers, supervisors, safety and health professionals, HR professionals, safety committee members, or anyone who wants to help employees with computer ergonomics. You will learn: How to adjust your chair and computer workstation to fit yourself, or another user Where to best position key items such as: keyboard, monitor, pointing device, document holder, etc. To identify things that make a workstation fit a person poorly that may cause problems About adjustment features to consider when selecting chairs and keyboard trays
