Special Request Workshops
Does your trade association, labor group or company have 15 or more people who want to attend a workshop? If so, L&I may be able to schedule it at your location on a date convenient for you.
The following are some of the safety topics that may be available “on request.” Contact the consultation supervisor in the L&I office nearest you.

- Accident Prevention Program for the Construction Industry
- Safe Operation of Powered Industrial Trucks (forklifts)
- Excavation and Trenching
- Personal Protective Equipment
- Respiratory Protection
If you are interested in an “on request” workshop and do not have a group to host it, please contact the workshop coordinator at workshopsched@lni.wa.gov or 1-800-574-2829 (902-5590 in the Olympia area).
You may be offered other learning options such as video-based learning, Internet information, a no-fee consultation, or a referral to other training resources.
