  • A worker was fatally injured after being crushed between a loader arm and the front bucket/cab of a skid steerer.(1/3/17)
  • A worker was fatally injured after a piece of equipment fell onto the workers head. (3/1/17)
  • A workers shoulder was injured after being bitten but later died while at home. (2/14/17)
  • A worker was fatally injured after the ATV the worker was riding hit a ditch and flipped and rolled approximately 2 times. (11/3/16)
  • A worker died after sustaining a blunt force trauma to the head and exposure to smoke due to a workplace violence incident. (1/15/17)
