  • A worker was fatally injured when after being struck by a steel structure. (6/8/15)
  • A worker was fatally injured after falling 8-10 feet from a ladder to a concrete floor below. (6/7/15)
  • An owner of a company was killed after a mower the owner was operating rolled over. (6/4/15)
  • An owner of a company was killed when he tripped near heavy equipment and was run over by the equipment when it was backing up. (5/13/15)
