  • A worker was fatally injured after being entangled on a drive roller shaft while unjamming a rough cut lumber on a roll case. (12/12/14)
  • A worker was injured but later died of the injury after being struck by a piece of debris while changing out an aircraft seatbelt/airbag assembly. (12/7/14)
  • A worker was fatally injured after jumping out of a vehicle that lost control on an icy road and being pinned under that vehicle. (12/1/14)
  • A worker was fatally injured after being struck in the head by a log while standing below a turn being sent to the landing. (11/24/14)
