Descriptions of recent fatalities

  • A worker was injured after being struck by a truck that was backing up but later died from those injuries.(6/3/16)
  • A worker died after driving through a pedestrian barrier and going over the edge of a bridge into the water below.(5/16/16)
  • A worker was fatally injured after losing control of a bike and riding it into a building wall.(5/31/16)
  • On 12/15/15 a worker was seriously injured after being struck by a vehicle while flagging. On 5/25/16 the worker died as the result of those injuries.(5/25/16)
  • A worker was fatally injured after getting stuck between the cab and arm of an excavator.(5/19/16)
