  • A worker was fatally injured after coming into contact with a piece of machinery. (2/9/18)
  • A worker was fatally injured after being involved in a motor vehicle accident. (1/19/18)
  • On 12/27/17, a worker was seriously injured after being exposed to chemicals while adding pipe to a chemical tank. The worker later died from those injuries. (1/8/18)
  • A law enforcement officer was fatally injured after being shot while responding to a home intruder 911 call. (1/7/18)
  • A worker was fatally injured after falling 80-90 feet from the top floor of a construction project. (12/30/17)
