Descriptions of Recent Fatalities

  • A worker was fatally injured after a truck, the worker was operating, hit a power pole and burned up.(5/15/17)
  • A truck driver was fatally injured after a container, the truck driver was hauling, became dislodged from the chassis and impacted the cab of the truck.(5/11/17)
  • A worker was seriously injured but later died on 5/13/17 from those injuries after not returning from a break and later discovered on the ground.(4/28/17)
  • Two workers were fatally injured after being struck by a motor vehicle while operating a Utility Task Vehicle (UTV).(4/24/17)
  • A worker was seriously injured but later died from those injuries after falling 71 feet down an asphalt mixing conveyor and stairway.(4/22/17)
