Things to remember:
- Each alteration is based on the cost of the material and labor to perform the alteration.
- Each alteration requires a separate application fee.
- Alteration permits are valid for one year from the date of issue.
- Alteration permits may be renewed if application is made before the current permit expires. Cost for renewal of a permit is $56.90.
