New features (EPIS):

Effective May 2, 2016 - email addresses are required on all permits purchased online. The email address is used to send an email when an inspection has been uploaded by an inspector.

Which Alterations Require Permits?

Homeowners and contractors: L&I makes sure that changes (alterations) to manufactured/mobile homes meet safety standards. You must obtain a permit before starting an alteration.
