Wage and Hour Surveys

No Surveys Are Currently Underway

The information on this page is from previous surveys and remains for illustrative purposes

In 2016, L&I’s Prevailing Wage Program conducted a wage-and-hour survey to set new wage rates for Commercial and Residential Tile Setters. L&I uses wage-and-hour surveys to update the prevailing wage rates paid on public works projects in Washington. This survey was open to registered contractors and/or employers currently in business that employed Tile Setters during the survey period.

Survey period

We are surveying work performed between April 1, 2015, through March 31, 2016. Do not report hours and wage rates for work performed outside of the survey period.

Due date for submitting a survey

Surveys must be submitted to L&I no later than March 3, 2017.

How do I participate?

In 2016, L&I introduced filing wage surveys online. Paper survey forms are still available and can be printed out to be returned to the agency. To get started, choose to file using the online or paper survey options.
