Ready Mix Truck Drivers Survey Is Currently Under Way

The prevailing wage program is conducting a wage and hour survey to set current wage rates for Ready Mix Truck Drivers. The wage and hour survey is the method L&I uses to update the prevailing rate of wage paid on public works projects in Washington. This survey will be open to registered contractors and/or employers currently in business that employed Ready Mix Truck Drivers during the survey period.

The survey period for this survey is a two-year period from January 1, 2010 through December 31, 2011.

Want to participate in the survey, but didn't receive one in the mail?

Here's how to do it:

1. Print and read the Survey Information Letter (536 KB PDF). (Two pages).
2. Print and read the Survey Instructions (181 KB PDF). (Five pages).
3. Download and print both pages of the Ready Mix Truck Drivers (81 KB PDF) survey form. Fill it out and mail it to L&I at the address on the form.
4. Return the survey by the due date, found in the upper right hand corner of the survey form, (June 30, 2012).
