How to access Citrix

You won't need to upgrade your client to use this new system.

• Obtain permission from your supervisor
• Download and read the client installation instructions  (279 KB)
• Login to Citrix using Internet Explorer running on Microsoft Windows
• Download and install the Citrix client (13 MB)

New Citrix look and feel. Same functionality.

Logging into Citrix will be similar to the current Citrix environment:

1. Enter your User name.
2. Password 1 = your L&I login password.
3. Password 2= keyfob pin + keyfob number.

Once inside you will see the same folders and access that you always had. You won't need to upgrade your client to use this new system.
