Kennewick Labor & Industries office to move July 30

KENNEWICK - The Washington Department of Labor & Industries office in Kennewick will move two miles south to the first floor of the Thurston Building, 4310 W. 24th Ave. The new office will open Monday, July 30. All telephone numbers will remain the same.

"The office will create more space for our employees," said Monty Paradis, an L&I regional administrator. "We will have an external conference room that will allow visitors to easily use our facilities."

The new location will add an additional 2,000 square feet of office space to the 7,000 the department currently works in at 500 N. Morain St.

To reach the new office, take State Highway 395 south and turn right on 27th Avenue. Then turn right on Union Street. The offices are located on the left corner of Union and 24th Avenue.
