Project Summary

Identify and remediate limitations to employer and employee utilization of Early Return to Work program benefits in healthcare settings by: 1) survey and analysis of perceived barriers among employers and employees; 2) development and implementation of innovative ERTW training during new employee orientation to acculturate employees and supervisors from the point of initial employment; 3) provision of a healthcare organization specific ERTW task analysis toolkit and 4) measurement of pre and post program opinion and participation levels.
