Hurricane Sandy may have prevented some out-of-state employers from paying their workers' compensation premiums by the Oct. 31 deadline. If your business was impacted by the storm, you can contact your L&I account manager or call 360-902-4817 and request an extension. No penalties or late fees will be assessed for extensions due to the storm.
