If selling or refinancing a mobile/manufactured home, your lender or real estate agent may require an inspection from L&I. This is to ensure there are no uninspected alterations to the home. You must purchase a Homeowner Requested Inspection (HRI) permit. The fee for the HRI is $161.80.
