Biographies

LisaArcher Lisa Archer has been with the COHE Community of Eastern Washington in February 2009. She started as a Health Services Coordinator, educating providers about the occupational health best practices and assisting injured worker return to work efforts. Lisa graduated with a B.A. in Organizational Psychology from Western Washington University and has prior work experience in vocational rehabilitation. She became a Surgical Health Services Coordinator for the COHE Community of Eastern Washington in October 2014.
RobertMinegishi Robert Minegishi began working in the industrial insurance industry as a claims adjuster in 2006 for third party administrators Broadspire and then Sedgwick, solely on the Boeing account. He earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Central Washington University. Robert has been a Surgical Health Services Coordinator at The Everett Clinic Orthopedics Department since November 3, 2014.
LorraineSandoval Lorraine Sandoval joined Proliance Orthopedic Associates (POA) as a Medical Assistant in April 1990. She quickly found a passion for helping surgical patients. "One of the beauties of working in an orthopedic surgery clinic is watching injured patients heal and return to their regular activities." In addition to her medical assistant duties, Lorraine worked on the team that helped POA transition to electronic medical records. Prior to joining POA, she was a medical assistant in a pediatric cardiology group in New Mexico. Lorraine has been a Surgical Health Services Coordinator at POA since October 1, 2015.
