(2) Where documented objective data demonstrates that employee exposures to respirable crystalline silica will remain below 25 micrograms per cubic meter of air (25 g/m3) as an 8-hour TWA under any foreseeable conditions.

(2) This standard does not apply to materials containing less than 0.1% beryllium by weight where the employer has objective data demonstrating that employee exposure to beryllium will remain below the action level as an 8-hour TWA under any foreseeable conditions.

296-856 Formaldehyde Applies to all occupational exposure to formaldehyde. Formaldehyde includes formaldehyde gas, its solutions, and materials that release formaldehyde.
