If you need specific claim information or a copy of a claim, you can save time by calling:

When calling a claim manager directly, please have the claim number available.
Some claim managers have voice mail. When leaving a message for the claim manager, please include all of the following:
- Your name
- Phone number
- Claim number
Your local L&I service location has a customer service specialist (CSS) able to access much of the information you need.
If you need to get a message to your claim manager, the CSS may be able to send an email directly to the claim manager. After the claim manager receives your message, he/she will generally respond within 48 hours.
