The Find a Self-Insured Employer tool is a search tool used to identify self-insured employers and active dates of participation with the self-insurance program.

Third Party Administrators (TPAs) manage claims for employers. The search results will display the employer and the their TPA contact information for claim inquiries.

To search for an employer, key in the first few letters of the employers name.
