Fee Schedule for Alterations

For elevators, escalators and other lifting devices, including material lifts

Things to remember:

• Each alteration is based on the total cost of the alteration.
• Each alteration requires a separate application fee.
• Alteration permits are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
• Alteration permits may be renewed if application is made before the current permit expires. Cost for renewal of a permit is $78.60.
• If there are plans to review, please add $43.00 to the permit price.
