Report of Accident (ROA)

The ROA transaction allows providers to send the initial notification of an illness or injury directly from their Electronic Medical Records system (EMRs) using HIE. Timely and complete ROAs allow us to quickly authorize continuing medical treatment.

Activity Prescription Form (APF)

The Activity Prescription Form (APF) transaction allows providers to communicate a worker’s physical restrictions, ability to work, and treatment plan. Timely and complete APFs ensure that the worker, employer, claim manager, and provider have a shared understanding of the worker's progress.

Claims Information

This transaction allows providers to retrieve a patient's claim number, claim status, accepted diagnoses codes, and accepted diagnoses descriptions. This is a quick and easy way to get information.
