The rulemaking preproposal (CR-101) for the Insurance Table Study for Retro was filed in April of 2022. Labor & Industries anticipates an effective date of July 1, 2023. Updates on the status of this rulemaking will be provided during the quarterly Retro Advisory Committee meetings.
