Exchanging Data with Us

We work with a wide range of health care organizations. Whatever the size of the practice, it is important to exchange timely and complete treatment and claim information so that injured workers can heal and return to work as quickly and easily as possible.

To address the needs of our health care partners, we have developed two types of data exchange:

Health information exchange (HIE) — Collaborating with OneHealthPort to exchange data automatically with health care organizations that use Electronic Medical Records systems (EMRs).

Online data entry — Providers enter data into an online transaction behind our secure firewall. This approach may work best for organizations that do not use EMRs, or who treat few workers' compensation patients.   Both the Report of Accident (ROA) and Activity Prescription Form (APF) are available for online data entry.
