Labor & Industries (L&I) plans to file a CR-101 Preproposal Statement of Inquiry to consider changes to the electrical rules. The changes under consideration would increase fees to support operating expenses for L&I’s Electrical Program. The current fee levels are insufficient to cover Program expenses. A fee increase is needed to ensure that revenues match expenditures.
