The purpose of this Explosives Safety Stakeholder Group (ESSG) meeting is to discuss with stakeholders the comments and suggested edits received regarding the current draft language. The Explosives stakeholder web page contains the draft language. Please note the words triggering encryption have been removed. In their place, you will see “xxxxx xxxxxxx.” To initiate the rulemaking process, a CR-101 (Pre-proposal statement of inquiry) was filed on January 23, 2018.

At this time, we are planning for a half-day virtual meeting only. The meeting will open 15 minutes before the start of the meeting to allow everyone time to sign-in and tackle any issues, should they arise.

If unable to attend, we encourage you to review the draft and submit comments and/or suggested changes for the group to discuss during the meeting.
