Interpretation services for workers and crime victims

If you are a worker or crime victim with an open and allowed L&I claim, your healthcare or vocational provider is required to arrange an interpreter if they believe it is necessary. This service is free to you. Interpreters are scheduled using the WordBridge system, administrated by SOSi. Providers arrange for interpreters and interpreters accept assignments through WordBridge.

If you need to call L&I, you may request an interpreter in any language, and one will be available within minutes. For more information, see Get Help In Your Language.

If you have questions, suggestions, or feedback about interpretation services, send a note to L&I's interpretation mailbox.
