Registration instructions for all providers

1. Ensure that all users/requestors are registered in My L&I. Vocational providers and Attending Providers register here. All other providers register here.
2. Contact the L&I interpretation services team at Interpretation@Lni.wa.gov to complete a one-time intake form necessary to set up your account in the WordBridge system.
3. Staff will also need to complete the WordBridge Authorization Process for Requestors in My L&I.

Registration instructions for interpreters

The following is required to set up an account with SOSi in order to provide interpreter services for L&I patients:

• Email address,
• National Provider Identifier (NPI),
• Unified Business Identifier (UBI),
• Driver's license,
• W-9,
• Background check, and
• Interpreter credentials.
